Hares hit five and Saints record first win of the season, but Fenmen thumped

There were big wins for March Town and Wisbech St Mary this afternoon, but Wisbech Town were thrashed away from home.

In the Thurlow Nunn League first division north, the Hares beat visiting AFC Sudbury Reserves 5-0, while in the same division, Saints recorded their first win in any competition this season, seeing off Felixstowe & Walton United Reserves 3-0 at home. But Wisbech were beaten 5-0 at Kidsgrove Athletic in the BetVictor Northern Premier League south east division

Craig Gillies was a hat-trick hero as March climbed to fifth place in the division. The Hares included new signings defender Tom Mcleish from Norwich United and striker Dylan Edge from Yaxley in their starting line-up.
